Hatha Vinyasa with Wall support

This class builds slowly towards dynamic sequencing as it coordinates with the movement of the breath. Emphasis is on exploration and experimentation with a close observation of mental and physical responses. Props and rope wall support are used to support the intelligence of the body and decompress the spine to reduce inflammation. You will be encouraged to adjust the directions to suit your personal needs. Experience with Hatha Yoga is recommended.
