Gentle Yoga

This vinyasa is a calming, gentle, breath centered yoga practice.

Tuesdays 6:00 – 7:15pm  with Sharon Molloy

Fridays 4:00-5:00pm  with Sharon Molloy  with Chair yoga option

This asana class is a breath centered practice. Using breath as our guide for gentle and slow flowing movements we explore sensations, focus the mind and soothe the nervous system. This can help increase mental clarity, improve sleep and calm anxiety. Slow mindful movement reduces stress and other effects from our fast paced and complex lives. This practice is perfect for beginners, and anyone who is looking to slow things down and enjoy some deep relaxation.
