The Fundamentals of Vinyasa

Erin will guide you through the fundamental postures of most flow or vinyasa style classes. This class is designed to build on the foundations of previous asana experience and contribute to your ability to work with intention in open level classes and most importantly to dispel the myth that there is only one way to strike a pose.

You will move, sweat, strengthen and lengthen and learn about YOUR body/mind; ending with a well deserved 10 minute rest/release.
